RCL is committed to improving supplier relationships with traditional diverse businesses such as minority owned, veteran owned (also service disabled), woman-owned, disabled-owned, LGBT-owned businesses as well as the non-traditional historically underutilized, small, and geographically diverse businesses.
RCL collects business diversity data through the vendor registration process. This helps to further develop the supplier diversity program with the purpose of developing suppliers to create opportunities to doing business with RCL.
